My shipment has not arrived. What do I do?

As we are located in Victoria, BC Canada, orders are required to successfully pass through customs as part of the delivery process. Depending on volume, weather, and time of year there may be delays. If you are concerned with the arrival date of your order, please consider upgrading your shipping to our express option!

Once you have checked your tracking number for any possible delays or messages, we recommend that you make a claim with UPS directly. Please also let us know so that we can assist you!
