How do I change or cancel my order?

Once orders have moved into production, we are no longer able to accept changes or cancellations. For stock items, orders move into production after payment. Custom items move into production once you approve your electronic image placement proof.

If you wish to cancel your order, we ask that you email our team directly at info@artisaire.com as soon as possible, once an order has moved into production, we are no longer able to process cancellations. 

Our team will provide you with the status of your order upon receiving your request via email.
