You have 30 days from the time your order has shipped to experience our products, with the comfort of knowing that you can return any item, for any reason. Even our custom Artisaire By You products.

How can I return my Artisaire product?

Starting a return is easy, you can start your request online here, and get approved within seconds. No need to pay any restocking or delivery fees.

Can I exchange my order?

If your order has not been shipped please reach out to our support team, info@artisaire.com (or start a chat). If your order has been shipped the easiest way to exchange your product is to complete the online return process here, then place an order for the items you want.

Can I return a faulty or defective product?

At Artisaire every product is thoughtfully made. Everything is inspected for quality 3 times before it is shipped. If you receive anything damaged or faulty and it has been more than 30 days please contact support at info@artisaire.com so we can assist you.

When will I be refunded?

Once we have confirmed all the items in your return request have arrived to our location we will process your refund. We will issue your refund to your original payment method and will require 3-5 days for your bank to process.

Can I return items after 30 days?

Yes, you may return unused, non custom items past 30 days of your order. You will be responsible for any delivery fees for us to receive your items.

What if I have multiple orders to return?

You may pack all your items in one box, just be sure to include the correct invoices, and your return slip.
